Medical Laboratory Scientist II – Night Shift | College Station, TX

A highly regarded healthcare system in College Station, Texas, is seeking a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist II to join its laboratory team on a night shift (7-on / 7-off) schedule. This opportunity is ideal for lab professionals who are ASCP-certified (or equivalent) and have at least one year of hands-on experience in a clinical setting. Schedule : 7-on / 7-off | 8 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze a comprehensive range of laboratory tests according to departmental procedures and regulatory standards
• Report accurate and timely test results to support effective patient diagnosis and treatment
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure operational excellence
• Follow strict quality control and infection prevention policies
• Maintain supply inventory and contribute to efficient lab operations
• Communicate clearly with team members and external departments to ensure seamless workflows
• Assist in training new lab personnel and contribute to ongoing education initiatives
