Title Clearance Coordinator

A company is looking for a Title Clearance Coordinator, Curative.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage daily progress reports, including outstanding curative pipelines and SLA reports

Collaborate with Title Commitment Coordinators to review title commitments for clearance

Act as a liaison for borrowers, addressing questions and concerns throughout the process

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry

Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings

Strong customer service focus

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
