Claims Production Team Lead

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage multiple Claims Production teams and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Guide team metrics, including member and provider satisfaction and quality of care

Coach direct reports to enhance member / provider experience through feedback and development

Manage daily team needs such as hiring, training, and scheduling for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading a Claims Production team

2+ years of experience using claims data to identify trends

Ability to balance competing priorities and execute projects effectively

Prior healthcare or service experience is a plus

Bachelor's Degree preferred
