Field Service Engineer Level I Responsibilities and Qualifications :
o Provide moderate-level onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell's electro-mechanical solutions.
o Regularly communicate with manager-level nursing and pharmacy staff and work on problems of moderate scope.
Basic Qualifications :
o Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or related discipline; or
o Associates Degree / Trade School Certification / Military Training in an Engineering / Technology related discipline; or five years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
o Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or related discipline and experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
o Coursework in Network Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics.
o Experience working in a hospital environment.
Field Service Engineer Level II Responsibilities and Qualifications :
o Independently perform onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell's electro-mechanical and automation solutions.
o Regularly communicate with director-level nursing and pharmacy staff and tackle problems of advanced scope.
o Provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
o Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or a related discipline AND one year of relevant experience; OR
o Associate's Degree / Trade School Certification / Military Training in an Engineering / Technology related discipline, AND four years of relevant experience; OR seven years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
o Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or related discipline and one year experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
o Coursework in Network Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics.
o Experience working in a hospital environment.
o Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical devices and Quality Management Systems.

Compensation :
This position will offer a salary of $33-45 per hour depending on the level hired. Final offers vary and will be based on skills, years of relevant experience, education, and other factors.
