Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, coordinate with suppliers, and lead a team to ensure efficient and accurate parts operations that support our commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to achieve department goals.
  • Process orders and returns efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure parts availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze parts inventory and sales trends to optimize stock levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in parts management, preferably within the powersports or automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
