Role: Social Worker - Hospice

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Shift Options:

Days: 5×8-hour (8AM - 4:30PM)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

PAY PACKAGE:

Gross Weekly: $3,080

Hourly Pay: $77

Breakdown

W2 - $38.5/hr

Stipends: $1,540

Required Skills & Certifications

Experience:

Hospice experience preferred

Hospice Social Worker—Able to do initial assessments and routine visits for the terminally ill to support patients and their families through the dying process. Knowledge of community resources, Power of Attorney assistance for families, DNR conversations.

Certifications & Licenses:

MSW or BSW

BLS (American Heart Association)
