About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Alamogordo, New Mexico, 88310!

SHIFT : NIGHTS 7PM-7AM

START : ASAP

REQUIRED :

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• PALSandCPIcertificationpreferred

Weekend Requirement :

Schedules are for 6 weeks at a time and in that 6-week period there is a requirement for 6 weekend shifts.

On Call Requirement :

There are 2 call shifts required in a 6-week period.

Floating Requirement / Locations :

Floating is required when the need arises : Medical / Surgical, Behavioral Health, Joint, Emergency Department

Summary :

The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
