In this high-visibility role, youll support Director- and VP-level leadership by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strong financial guidance. You will own key aspects of forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and headcount planningmaking a direct impact on the success of our R&D organization.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan. Drive accurate forecasting through quarterly updates and monthly rolling OPEX forecasts for R&D.
• Month-End Close : Prepare journal entries (accruals, reclasses, and R&D tax credit items) and ensure accuracy of CDG R&D financials.
• Reporting & Variance Analysis : Create and maintain reports to explain financial performance, delivering actionable insights through variance analysis.
• Headcount Management : Maintain the hiring funnel, providing a rolling forecast of headcount and employee-related expenses.
• Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide financial insights and analysis for business partners with minimal supervision.
