Your day to day as a Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide at JGS Lifecare, you’ll start your day by collaborating with the kitchen team to review the menu and dietary requirements for our residents. Your responsibilities will include meal prep, ensuring that all food is prepared according to safety and dietary guidelines. You’ll assist in serving meals, providing excellent customer service while engaging with residents to understand their preferences. Expect to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including proper storage of food and sanitizing workspaces. You’ll support the team by restocking supplies as needed and communicating any resident feedback to enhance dining experiences.

Additionally, problem-solving will be key, as you’ll address any challenges that might arise during meal service. This role is vital in promoting a cared-for atmosphere in our facility and ensuring that residents receive the highest quality service every day.
