Key responsibilities include :

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations when needed.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to manage provider calendars efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Update and maintain accurate patient information in electronic health records (EHR).
• Assist with billing inquiries, co-pay collections, and documentation support.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate demeanor with all patients and staff.
