Responsibilities:

• Daily documentation of any type of communication, work performed, via photos and written through our software to staff and insurance carriers.
• Ability to gain customers' trust and get the work signed by explaining our process, managing and answering all customer's questions.
• 24/7 Emergency response at customers requests performing necessary tasks.
• Work closely with the production team, office staff and supervisors.
• Ensure client satisfaction. Always have the yes ma'am attitude we can help you with that.
• Maintaining an orderly and organized work area
• Job management.
• Executing high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Drying and Fire Mitigation, mold remediation
• Demolition, Debris removal

This is an hourly wage position. Successful Restoration Technicians can make upwards of 40-60 K annually.
