A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for  Data Scientist – Irving, TX (Hybrid Onsite position).

Position : Data Scientist

Location : Irving, TX

Employment : Contract

Responsibilities :

• Independently work on data science projects and deliver innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes Be involved in the design and development of machine learning / statistical models and ensure best performance
• Work closely with machine learning engineers to deploy models in production both in real-time and in batch process and systematically track model performance
• Assist engagement with key business stakeholders in discussion on business strategies and opportunities
• Build strong working relationships and develop deep partnerships with the business
• Become a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Actively research new theories, techniques, and technologies

Must Have Skills :

Familiarity with transformer architectures (SLM, LLM, VLM, Embedding Models)

Desired Skills :

Hands-on experience building llm-based solutions such as retrieval augmented generation systems, chatbots, agentic ai tools, and so on.

Education :   MS / PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have :   Data Scientist, GCP, LLM / VLM, ElasticSearch, Postgres
