Human Resources Manager
Transdev in Johnson County, Kansas is hiring a Human Resources Manager. This position supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. The selected candidate may reside anywhere between the KS / MO locations. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of one on-site day per week at each location. The remaining two days may be worked from any of the supported locations or remotely.

Key Responsibilities :
Creates a strategic partnership with operating management in overall day-to-day operational activitiesAdministers, assists and monitors the interpretation and compliance of company policy and proceduresAssists with job recruitment, by drafting job descriptions, posting positions, assisting with resume screening, phone interviews and in person interviewsSupports business needs with HIPAA / PHI, SOC2 audits, employee relations, hiring, employee engagement and promote a safe, respectable and fair work environmentProvides advice and support for location management team, employee relation matters, dispute resolution, and maintains current employee filesInputs and develops proactive employee relations strategies for both union and non-union salaried, driver, and shop personnelMaintains awareness of human resource trends, practices, or legislation affecting employment-related programs, policies, or proceduresGood understanding of State of Colorado Employment LawsRecruitment and full-cycle onboarding in an ATS systemOther responsibilities as needed and assignedQualifications :
Five (5) or more years of relevant direct experience managing human resource and labor relation aspects of a public transit service (preferred)Experience with recruitment and terminationsExperience with benefits and compensationAdministering employee files for customer and company for monthly auditsA solid understanding of Labor Relations desiredOther relevant Human Resources qualificationsSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicablePhysical Requirements :
