[job_card.job_description]Creates a strategic partnership with operating management in overall day-to-day operational activities Administers, assists and monitors the interpretation and compliance of company policy and procedures Assists with job recruitment, by drafting job descriptions, posting positions, assisting with resume screening, phone interviews and in person interviews Supports business needs with HIPAA / PHI, SOC2 audits, employee relations, hiring, employee engagement and promote a safe, respectable and fair work environment Provides advice and support for location management team, employee relation matters, dispute resolution, and maintains current employee files Inputs and develops proactive employee relations strategies for both union and non-union salaried, driver, and shop personnel Maintains awareness of human resource trends, practices, or legislation affecting employment-related programs, policies, or procedures Good understanding of State of Colorado Employment Laws Recruitment and full-cycle onboarding in an ATS system Other responsibilities as needed and assigned Five (5) or more years of relevant direct experience managing human resource and labor relation aspects of a public transit service (preferred) Experience with recruitment and terminations Experience with benefits and compensation Administering employee files for customer and company for monthly audits A solid understanding of Labor Relations desired Other relevant Human Resources qualifications Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable Sit for extended periods; frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Human Resources Manager
Transdev in Johnson County, Kansas is hiring a Human Resources Manager. This position supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. The selected candidate may reside anywhere between the KS / MO locations. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of one on-site day per week at each location. The remaining two days may be worked from any of the supported locations or remotely.

- Competitive compensation package of minimum $63,000 maximum $78,000
