We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between Park 6 Logistic and our valued clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a professional approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

Manage day-to-day client communications and inquiries

Coordinate with internal operations, dispatch, and logistics teams

Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met

Identify client needs and support customized logistics solutions

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account updates

Assist in resolving service issues in a timely and professional manner

Support account growth through strong relationship management
