[job_card.job_description]Organize and analyze trial data using Excel or statistical software. Help prepare charts summaries and presentations for internal teams. Participate in greenhouse experiments and plant care. Support basic plant pathology tasks such as disease scoring or sample preparation. Help compile trial results and documentation needed for regulatory submissions. Learn about compliance standards and biotech crop approval processes. Work closely with scientists agronomists and regulatory specialists. Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on trial progress and commercialization strategy. The J.R. Summary
The Agronomy Intern is part of the Plant Sciences research team and supports activities aimed toward improving agricultural crops. The work week would be a 5 day 8 hour-per-day schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Field Trial Support
- Assist with planning planting and monitoring field trials for biotech potato lines.
- Help collect data on plant performance disease resistance and other traits.

Pursuing a Bachelors Degree from 4 year college or university in Biology Plant Sciences Agronomy or Agricultural Sciences
