As a Float Pool RN, you’ll be responsible for coordinating patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safety and therapeutic interventions. You will actively evaluate patient needs, plan interventions, and involve both patients and families in care approaches.

Licenses & Certifications : Must possess a Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Educational Requirements : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills Needed : Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and teamwork with keen attention to patient safety.
