Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Operations Director

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Operations, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct the execution of multiple clinical programs within a Therapeutic Area Unit

Oversee budget planning, external spend, and ensure timely communication of program status to senior management

Manage Strategic Partners and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred

12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 9+ years in clinical study management

Experience in oncology and early phase or Phase 2 and 3 studies

Expertise in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research

Demonstrated excellence in leadership and project / program management
