Wire Processor - 1st shift

Wire Processer Shift : 1st, (8am-4 : 30pm) Pay : $20-$22 / hr (Based on experience) A Wire Processing Team Member is responsible for performing wire marking, cutting, and terminaling operations to satisfy internal and external customer orders.

Job Description :

• Responsible for the care and maintenance of all perishable tooling fixtures and wire processing machinery.
• Cuts and marks wire per drawing and program specifications with the appropriate equipment
• Maintains a high level of quality and productivity in all wire marking and cutting operations.
• Use existing maintenance logs to track all machine maintenance.
• Assist at times in set up of production personnel on the work floor.
• All “PR” status wire / tubing orders shall be cut / finished daily.
• Advanced knowledge of IPC Training Modules.
• Stage work orders
• Strip wire using wire stripping machine
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work area
