A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Service Agent Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company policies
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Minimum of one year of high-volume call center experience
Proven customer support or client service experience
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different customer personalities
