Job Title : Network Security Engineer( Zscaler Engineer)

Location : Chattanooga TN 37402

Mode : Contract (6 Months) Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

Design deploy configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions across the enterprise.

Integrate Zscaler solutions with existing network and security infrastructure (e.g. firewalls proxies VPNs SD-WAN).

Work with stakeholders to define secure access policies and implement zero trust network access (ZTNA) models.

Monitor and optimize Zscaler platform performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to ensure policy alignment and secure user access.

Provide tier-3 support and guidance on Zscaler issues and incidents.

Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler configurations architecture and operational procedures.

Stay current with Zscaler product updates security trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications :

8 years of experience working with Zscaler technologies (ZIA ZPA).

Strong understanding of networking (TCP / IP DNS HTTP / HTTPS VPN routing).

Hands-on experience with cloud-based security platforms and SASE architecture.

Familiarity with identity providers (e.g. Azure AD Okta) and integration with Zscaler.

Solid experience in enterprise network security and troubleshooting.

Strong documentation and communication skills.
