Key Responsibilities
Manage performance management and succession programs, including communication and training resources
Facilitate engaging training sessions and execute learning programs to support employee growth
Design and lead New Hire Orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, or related HR functions
Experience delivering training across various formats, including virtual and hybrid
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals
Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies in corporate learning environments
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
