  • Experience with Epic, OnBase, RTE, and healthcare websites

  • Prior healthcare admitting or registration experience

    • Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Register and pre-register patients for procedures, admissions, and ER visits
  • Collect, verify, and accurately enter demographic and insurance information
  • Ensure all registration forms are complete, signed, scanned, and documented
  • Collect and post patient payments and financial responsibility
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, department policies, and two-identifier standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support performance improvement initiatives

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 2 years of medical office, admitting, or registration experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain 95% or higher accuracy in registrations and insurance coding
  • Reliable attendance and adherence to organizational policies
