Position Details :

Title : Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Position Type : 1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need

Job Location : Rochester, NY

Shift : Monday-Friday, 40 hrs. / week, with 2-week rotations between A shift (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm) and B shift (1 : 30pm-10 : 00pm).

Compensation : $29.75 / HR

Responsibilities

Working in a laboratory environment supporting manufacturing operations, this individual will be responsible for executing release testing and data analysis for product release. Duties include :

• Running, maintaining, and troubleshooting Vitros 350, FS 5.1, 4600, and 3400XT analyzers.
• Executing Vitros testing following Test Designs and analyzing data for product release.
• Partnering with Manufacturing Operations, Product Support, and other technical support groups to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met prior to final product release.
• Routinely interacting with data management systems such as LIMS, SAP, Document Management Systems (Windchill), and Non-Conformance & CAPAs (QERTS).
