Position at XL Construction Corp. Data Architect We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data systems—focused on SQL development, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality. This is a confidential replacement for a key technical contributor and is limited to Bay Area-based candidates.

• Design and maintain scalable data architecture frameworks that support business intelligence, analytics, and operational systems.
• Lead implementation and optimization of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Develop and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, governance policies, and integration strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms that support data architecture and MDM.
• Support data modeling, metadata management, and data cataloging initiatives.

Compensation & Pay Transparency (California) : In accordance with California’s pay transparency regulations, the base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $220,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.This position is also eligible for additional incentives and comes with a comprehensive benefits package including :
