Travel Nursing Job Details – Allen, TX

Location : Allen, TX 75013 – A top destination for Texas healthcare jobs, featuring excellent schools, welcoming neighborhoods, and diverse shopping, dining, and recreation.

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2330–$2500

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Start Date : January 5, 2026

End Date : April 5, 2026

Shift : 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with one day off per week

Call : Required after hours, weekends, and holidays (must be within 30 minutes of the facility when on call)

Hours per Week : 40

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Texas or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent acute hospital Cath Lab RN experience

Experience in both Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) preferred

Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)

Must reside at least 100 miles from Allen, TX facility

Ability to circulate and scrub in Cath Lab and IR procedures

Familiarity with Epic & Cupid documentation systems a plus

Cath Lab Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in a busy Cath Lab setting (2 labs, 2–10 cases per day)

Circulate and scrub for a variety of Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures

Provide sedation coverage for radiology procedures as needed

Maintain a 3 : 1 patient ratio per case, ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care

Accurately document procedures and patient information using Epic & Cupid systems

Participate in call rotation for after-hours, weekends, and holidays as required
