State Licensed Financial Consultant

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts at key life moments

Discuss account options such as 401K and IRAs to align with customers' retirement savings goals

Educate customers on retirement plan specifics and compare options to support their savings goals

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in performance / goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention

Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within corporate timelines

Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently

Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
