job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWater Extraction : Removing standing water from properties using pumps, wet vacuums, and other equipment. Setup and operate drying and dehumidification equipment to prevent further water damage. Remove damaged materials (such as carpets, drywall, insulation, and furniture) and clear debris from affected areas. Set up and operate water restoration tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Mold Remediation : Perform necessary cleanup and remediation to prevent further spread. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with homeowners or business owners. Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long periods. Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (e.g., flooded areas, areas with mold, etc.) while following safety procedures. Punctual, responsible, and dedicated to completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE). Previous Experience (Preferred) : Experience in general labor, construction, or similar fields is helpful but not required. Physical Demands : The role requires lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials, as well as working in potentially uncomfortable and hazardous conditions (e.g., wet or mold-affected areas). Local travel to job sites is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred. High School or Equivalent education -IICRC- WRT, ANSI, AMRT or related, etc Must have a good driving record, valid license.
