Software Engineer, Streaming Systems

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Streaming Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-throughput systems for real-time computation on billions of behavioral events

Develop infrastructure to ingest clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data

Own and deliver projects from start to finish while collaborating directly with customers on scaling issues

Required Qualifications

Experience with distributed systems and high-scale systems

Ability to quickly build experience in streaming systems

Motivated by high ownership in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable solving complex technical problems that provide customer value

Familiarity with streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) is a plus
