Behavior Developmental Strategies (BDS) is hiring

• Clinical Supervisor

Within the Inland Empire: Victorville, Adelanto, Oak Hill, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Phelan, Yucaipa, Norco/Eastvale, Upland, Bloomington, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Montclair, San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands, Riverside, Corona, Chino hills, Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Nuevo, Perris, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Required
• Must have ABA experience
• Extremely Reliable/ Dependable transportation
• Ready to start once hired.
• *Must be a team player who enjoys teaching skills to children and adults with a positive attitude.

Spanish isa plus! (but not required)

Must provide the following:

• *Cleared Background Check
• *Negative TB test (2 years)
• *Possess a valid CA Driver's License
• *Auto insurance & Registration
• *Copy of degree.

Essential Functions for behavior consultants:

• *Must be a team player
• *Must be able to Implement adaptive skills training and strategic behavior interventions
• *Collect data on targeted interventions
• *Effectively communicate with Directors / Supervisors / staff and families.

Rate:

• Behavior Therapist: Pay ranges between $18.00-$23.00 depending on experience, qualifications and degree level.
