Somebody Feed Phil and James Beard Award–winning Chef Nancy Silverton of the Mozza Restaurant Group comes Larchmont Village’s first classic neighborhood diner — Max and Helen’s . A modern take on the old-school American diner, we’ll serve the comforting favorites you know and love, from matzoh ball soup and patty melts to breakfast plates, house-baked treats, and malted milkshakes.

We’re building a passionate, thoughtful, and energetic opening team and are currently hiring Servers .

What we’re looking for :

People with genuine warmth and a true love for hospitality

A sense of humor, hustle, and strong teamwork

A natural ability to read the room and deliver both relaxed diner comfort and elevated service

Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

A desire to build community and be part of something special from the ground up

Details :

Full-time and part-time positions available

Store hours : 8am–8pm daily (weekend availability required)

Prior serving experience (2+ years) is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidates

This is a hands-on, team-driven environment — servers are expected to support one another and contribute to a smooth, welcoming dining experience
