Rental Car Associate

Must have a flexible schedule. We rotate 2 different shifts along with weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Determine customer’s rental needs.

• Answer phone from potential customers.

• Maintain all vehicles are properly parked and locked on premises.

• Answer telephones and book reservations when customers inquire about rental vehicles.

• Correspond with internal departments in order to confirm their rental needs are satisfied.

• Close out rental agreements and accept funds when customers return.

• Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, gas and maintenance then complete proper due bills if needed.

• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; record amount received.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience is recommended but not required.

• Strong organizational, communication, & customer care skills.

• Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate vehicles.
