What We’re Looking For

As a Service Concierge/ Greeter you will be welcoming customers into the guest lounge area while providing excellent customer service and maintain a clean and tidy work space. We are looking for someone who is dependable and loves building relationships on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our team, greeting guests upon arrival in lounge area and on service drive
• Assist customers as needed with the utmost customer service
• Lead by example and be an advocate for staff
• Be a liaison between customers and the service department as needed
• Handle inbound service appointment requests if needed in a prompt and professional manner
