Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming merchandise accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and organization of products.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for delivery, ensuring items are secure and ready on time.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support overall warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and improve workflow efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and carry products throughout the workday.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace for yourself and others.

Schedule Requirements

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Peak season may require up to six days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $14 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
