Job Description
This position for the Academic Success Center is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Service. The position is estimated to last up to six weeks.
Up to work 40 hours a week. M-F, 8am-5pm
Duties :
Process payroll and track hours for 60-80 student employees.
Manage purchases, invoices, and supply orders.
Coordinate hiring and interviews for PLAs, OAs, and supervisors.
Assist with scheduling and shift updates.
Oversee room reservations and logistics for sessions and events.
Manage When2Work communications.
Help schedule meetings and coordinate communications for the Director.
Job Requirements
Required : High School diploma or GED; AND :
12 months of office / clerical experience.
Preferred : College Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Physical working conditions :
Ability to engage in repetitive motion and communicate effectively
Environmental working conditions :
Standard office environment.
