Job Title : Physician - Pulmonary Critical Care

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in Davenport, Iowa! This position offers the opportunity to work alongside 4 other experienced physicians in a facility located on the scenic banks of the Mississippi River. With a capacity of 500 beds and a dedicated 20-bed ICU, the practice provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and trauma care to the community. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide inpatient, outpatient, and ICU care with shared call responsibilities.
• Manage up to 20 ICU patients daily with nurse practitioner support.
• Conduct procedures including chest tube insertion, bronchoscopy, and thoracentesis.
• Supervise and mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Engage in comprehensive documentation using Cerner EMR.
• Care for various pulmonary conditions such as asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
• Participate in purchasing and implementing pulmonary rehabilitation and diagnostic tests.
• Facilitate continuous educational development and professional growth.
