Exciting opportunity to join PEI Global Partners (“PEI” or the “Company”), a newly-formed independent and entrepreneurial investment banking advisory firm. PEI focuses on strategic advisory for clients in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. PEI is comprised of a dedicated team of trusted advisors with extensive experience in the industry. Although PEI was launched as an independent entity in 2022, key members of the team have worked together since 2014.

PEI is dedicated to serving clients with long-standing, established relationships. The PEI team actively partners and advises market-leaders in the power and energy sector, including financial sponsors, renewables developers and independent power companies, on a variety of M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising (both debt & equity) activities.

Position Overview :

PEI is seeking Full-Time Associates to join the team and support the growth of this independent advisory practice, providing the opportunity to join at the ground-level of a growing franchise. PEI’s goal is to develop talent organically and promote internally, providing the new hire with ample opportunity to grow within a boutique investment banking platform.
