Court Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Court Support Specialist to assist with court filings and communications.

Key Responsibilities :

Reach out to courts for updates and resolve issues related to orders

Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through various channels

Process documents and manage data entry tasks using in-house applications

Qualifications :

High school diploma / GED required

Legal experience preferred

1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience preferred

Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and remote communication tools

Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
