Job Purpose
This role is part of the global dCom product team, which is tasked to deliver billion plus euros in incremental turnover across different online commerce archetypes. D-commerce Product Lead in D-commerce is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog for products, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders (across Business Groups and markets), development teams, and UX designers to deliver high-quality e-commerce experience and growth programs. The Product Owner acts as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into actionable user stories and driving the product vision forward. Role will drive AI initiatives like automated insights, real-time actions, media optimization, shopper analytics & insights, and agentic execution with retailers and media platforms etc. across pillars (Content, Retail Media, Performance & Execution, Supply chain).

Pay : The pay range for this position is $ 115,680 to $173,520 . Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI) This position is LTI eligible.
