Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products that drive business impact. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from ideation and discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive product innovation.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of products into existing systems and processes.
• Advocate for user‑centric design and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance product experiences.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely and high‑quality product delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
