We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Facility Technician in Portland Oregon 97230 with $28.00 / hr pay for a 4-month contract duration (temp to hire opportunity). In this role, you will be performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to support daily operations, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role involves hands-on repair work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting facility needs while adhering to company safety and quality standards. – APPLY NOW!

Schedule : 2nd Shift, 1 : 00 PM–11 : 00 PM, potential overtime or weekend works depending on the workloads

What You’ll Do :

• Perform general and detailed maintenance work, including patching, painting, hardware repair, and other necessary repair or replacement tasks.
• Execute routine facility and equipment maintenance across various systems and operations.
• Maintain and service mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-handling systems.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, repair work, and project updates; prepare standard operating procedures and maintenance protocols.
• Keep maintenance work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with equipment vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support repair work and equipment performance.
