Pennsylvania residency is required for summer employment.
Job Purpose and Summary
This is a seasonal position that is designed to provide routine clerical support to departmental staff. The specific duties and responsibilities of this job will vary considerably depending on the department or unit the incumbent is assigned to. Work may involve providing secretarial services to one or more individuals. Work is initially reviewed closely, and close supervision is received when new work processes or procedures are introduced, however, employees are expected to perform with limited guidance after the work process is learned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position demands include frequent speaking, both in person and by telephone. May require long periods of sitting, standing, or bending. Office environment with low levels of noise, adequate lighting and comfortable temperature. Physical environment is generally safe, but safety equipment or precautions must be followed in field conditions.
