Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target healthcare practices through outbound activities
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns before routing to the sales team
Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and position solutions accordingly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development role
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or technology sales strongly preferred
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals
