For nearly 30 years,   One Off Hospitality   has been shaping Chicago’s dining scene with iconic restaurants and bars built on creativity, care, and genuine hospitality. Now, we’re bringing that same energy to   Fifth Third Arena , home of the   Chicago Blackhawks , with two exciting new concepts :

• Rocky’s Bar   – a tribute to the late Chairman   Rocky Wirtz , and a fan-favorite from the United Center, anchoring the arena’s dining experience with elevated cocktails, curated food offerings, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates a life well lived.
• Raise the Cup Café   – an all-day spot serving   coffee and premium bites , designed to fuel athletes, fans, and everyone in between.

We’re looking for   Line Cooks   who are passionate about great food, precision, and teamwork — cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and take pride in every plate they send out.

PAY TYPE :   Hourly

FLSA :   Non-Exempt

The   Line Cook   plays a key role in delivering One Off Hospitality’s standard of culinary excellence. This position requires focus, energy, and a commitment to quality — ensuring that every dish leaving the line is executed with precision, consistency, and pride. Our ideal candidate is dependable, driven, and eager to learn from some of the city’s best culinary talent.
