[job_card.job_description]Carry out cost studies and give cost advice at the design and construction stages Set up cost budgets and cost plans for building projects Monitor and report cost status at various development and construction stages Implement necessary controls in order to keep the final building costs within the budgets
Requirements :
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in project estimating (from preliminary estimate with limited information to detailed estimate for cost plan), cost planning and cost control for various size and nature of building projects
- Familiar with market price of building components and building products
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC application
