Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the lifecycle marketing strategy for employer and EAP partnerships
Design segmentation strategies and develop awareness and activation campaigns
Define KPIs and lead experimentation strategies across messaging and channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement marketing
Experience in B2B2C models, preferably in healthcare or subscription-based services
Proven experience in building and optimizing full-funnel lifecycle programs
Strong expertise in segmentation and marketing automation platforms
Deep analytical mindset and strong cross-functional leadership skills
