Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Location : Upland, CA

Pay Rate : Competitive / DOE

Shifts : AM, PM, and possible rotating shifts

About the Facility :

T&T Staffing is partnering with a well-established healthcare facility in Upland, CA to hire a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist . This facility provides comprehensive patient care and is committed to advanced diagnostics and laboratory excellence. As a CLS, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely test results that impact patient care and treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests in areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Blood Bank .
  • Validate, record, and report laboratory results following established protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments, perform calibrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Follow all CLIA, CAP, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information.
  • Adhere to strict safety, infection control, and aseptic procedures .

Qualifications :

  • Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field .
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience , preferably in a hospital or high-complexity lab.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
