Overview
We are hiring for a Sr Account Execitive to work with risk management solutions to our growing client base. Do you have employee benefits experience working for a broker? Do you enjoy working with Large Groups and are highly proficient in the self-funding insurance arena? Are you an attention-to-detail type of person who feels correctness is key?
The Senior Account Executive acts as a subject matter expert on client support, providing advanced client support to a large and critical book of business and guiding other account service professionals in their work. The position requires independent judgment, a high level of expertise and advanced skill in developing client strategies. In accordance with the seniority of the role, the Senior Account Executive possesses advanced skills including industry forecasting, carrier and industry relationship management, and advanced client retention strategies. The Senior AE can effectively partner with Producers to drive new business.

How you'll make an impact
About You
Required : Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and / or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred : Insurance knowledge. P&C experience preferred, as well as solid financial acumen

Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates composure, stamina and resilience under pressure. Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
