Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a licensed Social Worker to support students across K-12 settings in a full-time or part-time contract role for the current school year (CSY) in Ann Arbor, MI. This position involves working directly within a K-12 school environment to provide critical social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and resource coordination to help students succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being
• Facilitate counseling sessions and group interventions as appropriate
• Connect students and families with community resources and services
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with school policies
