Norm Reeves Automotive Group is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. As a Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
What You'll Do :
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
